The accumulated transactions, by periods and by principal companies, is evaluated in detail in search of suspicious activities or patterns that may represent the use of the agency for the illicit handling of money.

Results

We have helped clients to reduce or even eliminate penalties and/or fines received from IRS and/or state audits. We have also managed to get the bank to receive or reopen a business account from an agency that the bank refused to open or that the bank closed for lack of MSB processes or MSB process documentation.

The transaction analysis report provides important recommendations on possible suspicious activity identified in the analysis and recommendations for next steps to take with those customers and suspicious transactions identified. As a result, the agency is being proactive.
